Oh man, I cannot say enough good things about this place. Russell was super helpful during the entire process, from my hearing test to my fitting to our credit approval. It was such a refreshing experience compared to other audiologists I’ve visited—Pioneer actually gave me options (you wouldn’t believe how much pressure other hearing aid providers put on you to buy one specific device just because it makes them more money), and once I made my decision, they personalized my Phonaks and reassured me of Pioneer’s assistance in the future. I love my Marvels, they’re white and waterproof

Couldn't ask for a better experience. I have some older hearing aids that I needed reprogrammed. Mark went out of his way to get the software needed to program then...and I have never heard better. Mark didn't try to hard sell me new expensive hearing aids, he just made what I had work better then ever. He was very knowledgeable and patient and made the whole appointment very easy. Highly recommend.
