I called them and the person answering the phone pretended not to understand me probably due to my Mexican accent. I am an American Citizen raised in Mexico.
The representative Instead of asking me to repeat what I was saying or speak louder he chose to say "you need to speak English, you know". Am Awful experience. I took my business elsewhere!
