This company stole money from my mother. Their mailbox is completely full when you attempt to call them, and they never respond to any written messages. She was told her purchase would never expire, and she never received a call regarding the company after her purchase, which she has been unable to use to date. What an absolute joke. Avoid this company at all costs.
My mother deserves a refund, this is pitiful customer service and extremely unprofessional. Reporting to BBB.

Like so many other reviews I've read on here... if I could give less than 1 star, trust and believe I would have. First, I get a phone call stating that the vacation package that I purchased is going to expire at the end of this year, when I was told that it had no expiration date at the time I purchased it. Then, they ask you to schedule your vacation 30 - 45 days in advance. Well, I did that and I have heard nothing back from this company in regards to it. I purchased a package that included Las Vegas, Hawaii, and a Caribbean cruise. I booked Vegas and was hounded into buying a timeshare that I promptly cancelled. Now I’ve been trying to book the Hawaiian trip but they keep playing games. They said I had to click a link to book the trip but the link asks for a code which YN says doesn’t exist. So… now I can’t book the trips that I have remaining and when I tell them I need to get what I paid for, they backpedal with saying that I paid for Las Vegas which I received and the other two were gifts which they are legally allowed

Just had an utterly bizarre call from this company. I'll preface this by saying I've bought lots of these kinds of vacation packages in the past, so I'm not adverse to that in general (they usually get me, lol)... but this is the most rudely I've ever been treated. This place must be a total scam, if the "financial advisor" has to resort to screaming/completely unraveling when faced with the most basic questions/suggestions. This woman called claiming that I had an $800 credit that was expiring, but for just $398, TA-DA, she could make it so it wouldn't expire, etc...I asked to look at their website

I got a call from YN Travel stating I had an expired vacation package. They said if I didn't update this package my credit card on file would be charged the $2000 original value of said expired package. I didn't give them a chance to state the new charges. I told them I was not going to pay anything, it is a scam and not to call me again. So far, so good.

It's unfortunate that one individual can undermine the efforts of their peers. Stacy was dismissive, severely lacking in professionalism, customer service, and simply just rude. Nothing like the other experiences I have had. Definitely a poor encounter as a new customer.

THE WORST!!! I looked on their site and they had all these good reviews; what a scam. They are unbelievably hard to work with and mostly just non-responsive. I felt positive about the veteran owned organization logo, but again - I feel like this must either be incorrect or I am so disappointed that a veteran would treat others like this. I am a veteran and I would NEVER treat a customer, friend or enemy this way. I am looking to write as many reviews as I can to alert others to stay away from this organization!

I love wasting these guys time. They call in saying that I have a credit because I didn’t use a vacation in the past (which is true, apparently the Florida department of agriculture and consumer services has a public document of anyone who has travel documents awaiting). To sum it up they won’t do anything for you unless you buy more/upgrade and it’s usually about $598 (for tax purposes under $600). The more you drag your feet or dissect their offer, the greater their frustration goes, ultimately they will hang up after you’ve wasted their time. I encourage everyone to play along and even

They promise luxurious accommodations only to get to your destination and realize that you are staying in a hell hole. I cannot believe that some of you resorts, timeshare companies partner with this company in hopes that you will get people to purchase timeshares. How do you allow this company to market for you? OkAy here's my update after taking my "initial" vacation to Vegas. Accommodations were "okay" but the timeshare presentation was like 3 hours! The hotel did provide a meal but it surly felt like a full day event! I'll be contacting them (YN) again to book my additional trips now to try and get my desired dates! Wish me luck!

This company is a scam, they sold me a package for including 4days 3nights hotel, 5days 4nights cruise, 3days 2nights hotel. Charged me over $600 and told me it was one time fee, then just pay tax and fee for cruise. But the tax and fee for cruise is over $500 too. Which they will never tell you that. But on their website the cruise for two is for $398. So how can tax and fee for $398 be over $500.
This is fraud, I felt mislead. I have done time share tour before. I lived in Florida for 10 years. This company is a scam!!! When I complain to the agent, she laughed at me and disconnected the call

I wish there were negative stars I could give this "business". They call me constantly. I have repeatedly asked them to take me off their call list, and they do not (which I believe is illegal). The calls come from different numbers, which makes them hard to block. I receive at least two calls a week and this has been going on for years. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY OR INFORMATION!!!!!!!

I got a call today. I told the man that I spoke to that I had no idea who they were and I do not have a vacation credit. He continued to talk about the credit and so I asked if there was a fee for the credit, which of course there was. I told him to take me off of their list and he still continue to try to persuade me. This is ridiculous! I got bad vibes from this call. I believe it's a sales scam.

This company is currently harassing me! They have been calling me for over 2 years saying that I have a vacation credit that I never used. I have asked them to stop calling and take my name off of their list but they continue calling. When I ask to speak to a manager or someone in charge, they hang up on me.

I got a call from them saying that I had a credit for something that I purchased in 2011. While I appreciate the call, I have never heard of them. They had my name and a previous address, but I didn't live at the address during the time that they said that I paid for the service. The agent was really pushy and pressured me to purchase a package while on the phone.

I have purchased their package in month of October from girl name Nicole , it sounded too good to be true but again I decided to trust them . According to them I should have received my package by mail within a week to review it but never received .
