I ordered flowers but the florist called, left a message and said they didn’t have those flowers or the vase. I called back and and asked if a beautiful bouquet of any flowers could be made and delivered.I reached out two days later via email, and was told sorry we’ve already refunded the money. So sad, I love to try out new businesses, and I buy flowers years round. I emailed the business but did not hear back. Too bad I won’t be going back.

I ordered last night on the website which was super easy to do. I wanted something bright and fun for my boyfriends mom. I did get a phone call this morning saying what I wanted wasn't available but that they could make something up for her. I was okay with that, I just asked for colorful. She loved them and I'm beyond thankful! They're beyond what I pictured and even better than what I initially ordered! Thank you so much!

This is my first Yelp review, but I told Alex I'd put in a review if I was pleased and I am! I called Alex to inquire about arrangements for my uncle's funeral. I had looked at some images on his website but wanted to customize them. He was more than happy to make an appointment with us on the same day. When we met, he took his time to answer all our questions and show us all our options. His prices were so reasonable compared to some of the other florists in town, so that made me nervous. Would the arrangements be small? Would the flowers not be fresh? It was the complete opposite! All

Alex Floral is the best in town. I had ordered flowers from him for my grandson's funeral requesting my grandson's favorite color. Alex didn't have that color, but he made sure he could provide it to us. Well he did and it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! The color was perfect! Also,

He calls me personally and informs me that he did not have the bouquet of flowers that I wanted but will substituted them, and again....they were absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Very big bouquet and I was more than pleased with it!

I'm not from the USA and contacted several florists in Stockton as I wasn't familiar with any florist there even though I'm in the city every year to visit family. Manuel was very honest and passionate about flowers and our family was completely astounded at how beautiful he made the heart wreath and spray for my Grandmother's funeral. We ordered my grandfathers floral arrangement for his funeral. What more could we say other than it felt like we were in heaven with grandpa, the entire place smelled with a fragrant lightly sprayed mist of crisp flowers. Every arrangement impeccably completed. No catalog could ever describe the joy we admired while in the presence of our beloved grandfather and the flowers to show the deep admiration we have for our grandpa. So appreciative of Alex Florist. Called last minute...not as a test, but as a reflection of my being overwhelmed. They were in the middle of a delivery, but called right back. We agreed on an arrangement and it was completed and delivered in roughly an hour.
Once again my great appreciation for the person who helped me. This was very important to me, but was almost a missed opportunity.....

Thanks so much, Manuel, for your great customer service. Since this was the very LAST thing we could ever do for our fantastic friend, William Leroy Housley, we wanted it to represent his GREAT FRIENDSHIP.
Manuel made sure the arrangement was beautiful, and he even called me back to provide the delivery time and date.
This man's wife ordered a casket spread of flowers to cover his coffin, BUT it never arrived, so sad...
So our beautiful flowers next to his coffin made an impressive statement on her behalf.

Manual is an incredible Floral Designer and a great business person. He ordered the roses for our 40th anniversary and had the magnificent bouquet ready ahead of schedule. Alex the owner is a super nice guy. He is flexible in providing needs to his customers , last minute orders. Staying open a little late for a customer and so on. Usually people spend time yelping and yapping about the bad ..but I wanted to take time to Yelp on the good.
