Not sure what direction to go in, Tina was faced with going back to corporate or trying her luck at another business venture. I just had my initial deep clean after moving into a new house. Our moving process was less than smooth and Maid4Time was extremely flexible and wonderful working with me in scheduling the first clean and reoccurring service. I like that we get to work with the same person each week, but with the resources of the company should she not be available one week or we need to reschedule. She did a great job and we're happy to continue doing business with them.

I unfortunately had a bad experience. Prior to the cleaning, I told them I had a 3000 sqft house to clean. They said they would send 2-3 cleaners and only sent 1 for the first 1.5 hours and the 2nd one arrived 1.5 hours after the scheduled time. The total clean time was 3 hours and they did not come close to cleaning the whole house. I was told they would send someone back on Monday to finish, but that didn't happen and no one called me to explain why that didn't happen.
Also, prior to the clean, I was told "to organize", what they really meant was "clear off all surfaces so we can actually clean

I used to work for Tina. She pretends to respect her workers and customers but truthfully she only cares for money. I was told I’d receive my “final” paycheck within 10 days. It shouldn’t be my last paycheck as I did more jobs the week I was let go, but she’s not mentioned that in my “final” paycheck. I’m on day 19 currently of Tina thinking it’s okay to not pay me. I provided services for houses and have not received my pay for doing so. She is withholding pay, she is ignoring me about where my pay is, or what bank she sent it through. She has threatened me with her attorney

I used Maid for Time today for the first time. Besides being very personable, Gwen and Kelly, were efficient and did a great job, making sure everything was dusted, wiped off, and carefully replaced. Having a dog, hair is always around and they did a great job cleaning those areas as well. I am now looking forward for my biweekly cleaning, helping me to save time. Thanks!

UPDATE!! I said I was reviewing them and now they are arguing with me!!
Beyond unprofessional.
I asked to pay over the phone when apt was booked, I was told I would be billed due to the uncertainty of the job, fine.
I received my first bill 8 days ago, today I received an email threatening to send me to collections if not paid in 5 days!
I was happy to see a "green" cleaning company, big mistake!

I am preparing a house for sale and it hadn't been cleaned for the couple months I was emptying it. I saw a coupon for Maid 4 Time on yelp and called them right away. I spoke with Tina Servis, the owner, to set up the appointment. She was understanding of my timeline and incredibly accommodating.
