Cartersville Gymnastics

As part of the City Park & Recreation Department, we offer a variety of programs from recreational classes to competitive teams for your blossoming gymnast - age 2-18. Our coaches have been training young athletes here at our gym for over 20 years. Their experience and training are unmatched in the area, and gymnasts travel from miles away to train with the best.

Coach Angela began her coaching career in 1986. While furthering her education in NYC, she continued to coach while training at the most highly-acclaimed art and dance schools in the city. Shortly after performing as a gymnast in a Chinese Off Broadway, Angela married and started a family. Not wanting to raise her children in New York City, Angela began working for Cartersville Gymnastics in 1999 with the developmental and preschool programs.

This class is designed to further nurture your young gymnasts listening skills as well as help teach them how to follow directions. Through instruction your athlete will have the opportunity to learn body control, gymnastics fundamentals, strength, coordination and will gain self esteem and confidence through our positive reenforced program.

Cartersville Twisters Gymnastics is the proud home of numbers of elite gymnasts who have gone on to compete nationally as well as moved on to collegiate level gymnastics. We are proud to work with some of the most talented gymnasts in the country and have the opportunity to provide countless gymnasts with the foundations necessary to succeed.
