Bought my first tractor through them and after 3-4 months of getting quotes they by far were the best, They handled everything great Jacob my salesmen was GREAT I highly recommend Jacob and Columbiana Tractor. I just want to say that if you’re looking for a great price and friendly people then Columbiana Tractor is that place. I called and talked with Jacob and he sold me a Scag liberty. He delivered it to me which is 45 minute drive one way . So my first cut with the mower I had a belt problem. I called Jacob and he and Terri took care of me within a hour and half. Jacob return to my house with another man and replaced the belt that day. It’s running great now. I can’t say enough about they’re customer service and Jacob and Terri . Thank all of y’all, I couldn’t be happier!!!

I recently ordered a SCAG Vride 2 mower from Columbiana Tractor and had to wait a while due to Covid related shortages. During that time Terri was patient with my persistent questions and kept me up to date on my delivery day. I finally got my mower a few days ago and couldn't be happier with it. When I swing by the shop Chris always steps out to say hi and the whole crew has been a pleasure to work with. I look forward to future business with them.

100% satisfied with my Branson 2515 H tractor! Jacob up was more than helpful with me and any questions that I had! Being 20 years old buying one they didn’t turn me away or act like I wasn’t important buying on or looking around the lot. The tractor is a absolute beast for 25hp couldn’t be happier!

Bought their smallest compact tractor last Friday... they delivered it to me on Monday... and i finally got to play on it today... I am very satisfied with its overall performance. It does everything that I was wanting it to do... except pick up the backend of a full sized van... but i think I was asking a little too much of it hahaha... i ran over brush and small trees several inches thick and the bush hog just ate them up... I looked at several different brands of tractor and finally decided to go with Branson... because they were all basically the same thing... and i got mine 7k cheaper than

I am loving my new SCAG Freedom Z mower I bought from Columbiana Tractor. I've never had so much fun cutting grass. They were great to work with! Very knowledgable, no pressure, easy transaction. Terri communicated with me throughout the process and Jacob delivered and demonstrated my new toy. And this mower is an absolute beast! Such a clean, even cut.
