Terrible Service and Customer Service! Do not recommend them go somewhere else that is more professional! installer from Oasis did not know what he was doing came and made a mess and left never did the job . Didn't even come equipped. Never even offered anything to us! Scheduled a few months back we took day off of work and they didn't even do job came late and had to leave after an hour was not even knowlegable!

Extremely poor service! I made an advance appointment in March for a spring pellet stove cleaning/shutdown in May when we would be done using it. I even prepaid for the service. I called 2 days prior to appointment to confirm it was on schedule and the owner informed me it was. I waited at my home and nobody showed up. I called 1 hour after they were scheduled to arrive to find out they wouldn't be able to make it that day because something came up. I was the first appointment and wouldn't tell me what had happened. Only "that something came up". I asked for a refund and was
