I did tint my car windows some time ago at JJs and I am still regretting it when I see the bubbles that never went away in my car. I took it back a few days later and they re-do some of the tint under warranty but it was not done any better, adding insult to injury I was quoted one price and when everything was said & done they charged me more than we accorded. Other places offer lifetime warranty and they just offer two years for a reason. That was my experience, go there under your own risk. I am getting ready for the insults and aggressive response from the owner who is a singular character

I called JJ Window Tinting for a quote and a appointment. They were recommended by a friend. I talked to someone and I think his name was Luis. ($125 for all windows) I was about 45 miles away. I made the drive to the shop. The guy I talked to was the guy I saw when I arrived. He was not very welcoming. He would only show me the $125 tint on the wall. When I asked about a more expensive window tint he would just point at the boxes that the tint was rolled up in. I asked him to show me some other tints. He asked me how much did I want to spend. Based on the reviews here I’m not sure what went wrong with my experience? I immediately noticed contamination bubbles on every window more noticeably on the rear ones. I brought it in and they agreed to redo the back windows. I understand that getting a perfect tint may be difficult but after neurotically inspecting everything tint job I came across afterwards I came to the conclusion you can get pretty close (kind of like his vehicle parked in the lot). Despite getting the windows redone the job was still poor if not worse than the first time. Again, I had large areas of contamination spots

I went to J J Window Tint to tint a Honda Civic about 2 years ago. I had no clue what was illegal or legal tint to have on the windows and the owner explained everything thoroughly, he even had samples. The owner explained about possible bubbling but highly unlikely and that one could go back to get it fixed under the warranty time or run a credit card through and it would disappear and it did in my case. Keep in mind I did this in cold weather. To this day the tint still looks very good and no wavy or bubbling has occurred.
