If I could give zero stars, I would. I will keep this as short as possible but I highly recommend against using this service. I had to attend a funeral in Massapequa and I don't drive due to a disability with my foot. I took the train to New York, transferred to the LIRR, where I would be only a few blocks from the church, but still too far for me… to walk. The trains being what they are, I would arrive at the station just a few minutes before the start of the funeral. I called the taxi service, explained when I would arrive and the owner (he answered the phone) told me it should be no problem

I recently took a business trip to New York and had contacted Massapequa Taxi prior to my arrival with my flight information. To my surprise, my driver John was already at the airport waiting for me. The car was very clean and he had helped me with my luggage. Had a pleasant conversation on the way to my hotel. John was very knowledgeable on the area with great recommendations on places to eat and visit. After getting to my hotel and all checked in, I realized I had left my phone in the car.
