For the greater part of the last decade, our company has been using Tower Windows for all of our projects. They have been outstanding in all areas, including customer service, quality of materials, and pricing. My 2 sales reps (Jules and Chris), constantly bring their A-game to the job. I cannot give a higher recommendation for a vendor

The products may be good, but the sales person, Jules, is horrible. To begin with a number of the windows had screens that didn’t fit and even when he says he got them to fit somehow bugs were still coming through. He tried to blame this on me leaving the doors open during the day 🤷♀️ Window hardware was missing and he made no effort to deliver as soon as it got into tower windows, we waited months until we installed it ourselves when the door we ordered finally arrived. He mixed up a number of my orders and takes no responsibility, leaving me with expensive doors that are swinging

Had a fantastic experience with them in 2015, when I bought 14 windows and 2 exteriors doors for our new home. Since I was acting as my own general contractor, I needed information, and they provided it sensibly and expertly. They anticipated the special code requirements that called for tempered glass in a couple of locations, and for a casement-style window in one small bedroom to meet fire egress requirements. I will be going back to the for future needs.
