Our process is easy. There is a form at the bottom of the page that you can fill out. The owner of this business will not stop spamming my email. I've asked repeatedly for her to stop and she won't knock it off. I receive this message multiple times per day:

Lisa is a scammer!!! i paid over over $1400 lisa was very hard to get a hold of and i recievd nothing for my 1400 not even a partial refund! she makes you feel comfortable to get you to sign a contract and will be difficult to work with after that (i guess in hopes that you forget the job and your money) i tried her in 2017 going over my accounts and her gracious payment popped up of $1400 just remebered today that i paid and recievd nothing for!! go else where you will loose your money. i would give 0 stars if i could, ive attached a pic of my payment so yall know this is a real review. i want

Deceiving company, Lisa would chase you and bomber you with emails and calls until she made you sign the contract. After you sign, she would go ahead and charge the card without authorization in advance and before she would even deliver the website. She is hard to communicate with, doesn't deliver on time, the website she wants to deliver to us is very different than what we have agreed on, very disgusting sales and customer service behavior. Made the new website live and it's not even working nor ready or functioning and now I have no website causing me punitive damages. Be careful of

"Updated review of Digital Vertex: Once Lisa, the owner of Digital Vertex, saw my negative Yelp review of 4/19/17, instead of contacting me to try and resolve my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with her services, she decided to sue me in small claims court for $10,000 in retaliation. This, on top of having taken my $10,000 and delivered an incomplete, non-functional social meeting website!"
