What a great company! I called and was able to have a technician show up the same day! After calling 3 other local companies Taps was the only company that would come out right away. Very understanding and personal from the man on the phone to the tech that showed up. When dealing with a animal in my home it’s nice to know I have a company I can call and can rely on.

I was very concerned to have people in my home with everything going on right now. I was very please the employee had mask, gloves, and shoe covers which was comforting. They were able to accept payments and do paperwork electronically to avoid contact which was a very nice!

I’ve been trying to treat my home in my own to no success. As soon as Alex came it was like he knew everything he needed to know as soon as he saw the ants I had. He answered every question I had. Instead of a sales man he seem to genuinely care that I knew everything I needed to know about what he needed to do, and why they were in my home in the first place. The ant issue I’ve been fighting for months are GONE! After Reading a lot of Their reviews I can see this is a company that cares!

We were unfortunate to acquire extra house guess. Taps pest control was excellent, fast, and extremely knowledgeable. Don't waste your time on any other company.. these guys were fantastic and fixed the problem at a super reasonable price. Follow up and communication was excellent.

I recently moved into my new house and found that I had some uninvited guests living below. Taps was one of many companies that provided an estimate and not only were they the least expensive but they provided a much more comprehensive plan of action to not only remove the critters but also prevent them and their friends from returning. Alexander was by far the most knowledgeable and professional exterminator I've seen and will recommend him and his company to anyone that that needs his services.
