I just purchased my first home and was very excited and nervous at the same time. I was worried something would go wrong during closing. Mark Rogoff made the whole process smooth and convenient for me. I was very pleased with the service he provided. I will be referring this company to friends and family and I will be giving this company a good review online because of Mark Rogoff. Such a bad experience!
In March we refinanced our house, pulling out a large amount of cash so that we could buy a rental property, which we bought in May. Both closings went really well, thanks to Andrea Beddingfield, who did the closing.
FOUR MONTHS after our refi, Eric Nesheim, the attorney for Title One, called to tell me that due to an error on his part, he had shorted our cash-out by $10,000! This was only discovered by an internal audit. He also let it slip that the audit had found a similar error in another client's settlement.
I asked Mr. Nesheim to reimburse me for the interest

Another settlement company that I have had the pleasure of working with. Their attorneys have been incredibly helpful and prompt in getting back to myself and my clients. Additionally their staff has been extremely consistent over the years. Communication is always quite good and thorough. Can't do anything but recommend them if you are looking for settlement of residential or commercial real estate.
