I am pretty disappointed in this business as I was looking for a weekend project with my son. (Installing a new stereo in our Jeep Wrangler) They had the stereo, brackets, and adapters I wanted but would not sell them to me unless they were installed by them. Install schedule was two weeks out for the first available. Never known a business to do this but that's their play. It's my last trip to this place and doubt they'll survive the chip shortage affecting stereo availability. Don't waste your time! Great places on Capital blvd, so look elsewhere.

Over priced! Poor service. They treat you as if they're doing you a favor. Seriously. Very unpleasant to deal with. Aside from that, shody work and much more expensive than everybody else. Others have commented on price and unprofessionalism. I'll give you an example, LED low beam headlight bulbs: I paid almost $300 for 2 bulbs! Nothing complicated, a regular Buick sedan. Easily accessible. And, they secured the cap with tape. Yes, tape! It looked like it was done by a teenager in his driveway. For my second car, I went somewhere else, a local headlight restoration company. They came to my office

First and foremost, overpriced. The service is overall mediocre to bad. One guy was pretty good, listened to my needs and gave me an estimate ($1,745). When I went back to book the job, and I didn't have the estimate in hand (they don't keep anything in a computer or print anything official, just a hand written note on a tiny pad) they gave me another estimate for almost double the price ($2,977). The second guy didn't listen to my needs, tried to upsell me and only cared about his commission. He also acted as if he was bothered to help me. The store was empty both times.

AMAZING COMPANY WENT WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP!!! Chris, Allen, Darryl Washington and the young man who fixed my tire last week. I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to this company for the very helpful gesture they extended to me and my family when we experienced a flat tire on the highway. This is NOT their primary function. When I entered this amazing showroom I was in awe of the beautiful vehicles, sounds systems and related equipment. Absolutely beautiful showroom. I would not recommend there service to anyone due to the point I had purchased a sound system from them and had a problem with one of my subs. I reach out to them several time about status n got a different answer every time.Now after speaking with a manager they had answer saying that the company wouldn't warranty the sub July 29 n today is August 2 2021. No commication.Soundstation. of Raleigh nc.

These guys helped me pick the best products for my budget. I wanted to replace all of the audio in my car. They completed my audio system install in less than 2 days! It Sounds absolutely fantastic!
Replacing an audio system isn’t cheap, and Sound Station are professionals at what they do. I knew I was not walking into a discount store. Some reviews say that the prices are high. I’d rather word it to say that these folks run a high quality shop and it’s worth the coins. Whiel, Josh and Trey were awesome.
Their shop does wayyy more that vehicle audio. This place does home audio, boat audio

I don't often post reviews, but I recently upgraded the sound system in my boat and worked directly with Waiel who is the President of SS&S. I can't be more happy with the service and quality of work I received from all of them. They made a custom enclosure for the sub which I'm more than happy with, they also cleaned up the look of all the components. I bugged Waiel a few times with questions both during and off hours. He got back to me promptly and took the time to answer my question in detail (the man is busy!). I knew going into this it was going to be a little on the expensive side, but I

They did amazing!! When me and my dad walked in, Tyler was the first person to talk up to us and asked us exactly what we wanted. He guided us through the whole thing! After figuring out exactly what we wanted, he immediately ordered the stuff for it! He called us and updated us throughout the wait and as soon as they got it in stock I got another call telling me to come in! The whole experience was amazing! If you're looking for a great team to do some amazing work, this is the place!! Ive attached some pictures of what they did!
