Services
When you bring your laptop or desktop to us for service, we will call you with a price for the service. Then you can make a decision on whether you want to proceed with the repair. The minimum will be $60 for diagnostics. We custom build desktop computers with 2-year warranties, based on your needs and preferences.

A Trash Computer Service. Held my PC for a week and only called me once to tell me it was ready for pickup. His “diagnosis” was that my CPU was overheating and he couldn’t do anything about it, which is what I told him the problem was in the first place! After still being charged $50, I took it to another repair shop, and within hours I was told my motherboard was bad and needed to be replaced. So not only was his diagnosis wrong, he wasted a week of my time and $50. Don’t waste your time like I did!

Brought my son's laptop to Mike for a hard drive issue. It was in and out of his shop 2 times for the same issue. The problem eventually got fixed after 2 months of back and forth. Mike was not professional and often rude in his responses. Now the palm cover needs to be replaced after there was a hairline crack from his repairs. This will cost us $160 to repair. I would NOT recommend using him for any computer repairs needs.

Mike is very knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and very reasonable in his pricing. He wasted NO time in getting back to me with repair costs and explanation of the problem situation after his evaluation of my (2) laptops. It was like the next day !!

What a terrific find for a small dollar-conscious business like mine! Mike fixed my laptop, advised me on professional level security protocols, upgraded my CPU software accordingly, and configured my network all with minimal downtime and great customer service! I used this service last year when I was having problems and they price for fixing it was very reasonable. This year I used them again and they worked to find a problem and couldn't find one and then did not charge me for thier time. I will bring my computer back there if i have any more problems with my computer
