When my SUV was hit while parked in a grocery store parking lot,
Ms. Fredia Hawthorne, my State Farm agent, went above and beyond what I expected in order to help me with my claim, and with getting a rental car to drive while mine was being repaired. She and her assistant Justin are friendly, professional, and most helpful. I highly recommend them.

Fredia is one of the most honest people I’ve ever known. Having worked in this industry for the past 25 years, I would say that the customers who left negative reviews bear some of the responsibility for their rates (accidents, tickets, print payment?) and for the person whose payment didn’t go through, do you keep a close eye on your bank account? Because if you did, you would have known yourself that it didn’t go through. Fredia cares tremendously for her customers and will bend over backwards to help out when she can. Her wealth of knowledge is amazing. Fantastic person and wonderful agent

I do not recommend this office at all. I called them to update my credit card number and they failed to notify me that it did not go through. I never received any email ( pointless for them to ask for your email ) . They failed to notify me over regular mail although their computer system says they mail me ( computers never make errors right? ) . She did not want to work with me to arrange a payment plan either. I was trying to continue business with them but they failed to live up to their own expectations.
