Rich Coffin built my house as if he was building his own home. I have done numerous projects but have never had a better experience. The end result was elevated, sophisticated and pushed every visual boundary that we discussed with the architects. Rich envisioned when we first met, and to the dollar.

Fun observing RHC builders on the architectural masterpiece they are orchestrating by hand on the sand. Work hours are posted. No noise was heard on weekend. All permits are posted on site (nice).
Workers were congenial and most fit (I realized I must be in Santa Barbara). Wall was in and gate in progress. Construction site was monitored via camera---like the street. Minimal to no trash left on site.
Workers parked in designated orange cone areas. A delight to witness a company most respectful of residents and visitors health in the clandestine community where they create
