Mindful Meditation Silicon Valley
Mindfulness, meditation, and yoga have been successfully practiced for more than 2000 years. Last scientific studies have shown that meditation is a very effective self-help tool for managing stress, and promoting a healthy mind and body. The regular practice of mindfulness also promotes happiness and a deeper understanding of yourself and your community.

Mindfulness is achieved by paying attention to the present moment in a non-judgemental manner. The practice of mindfulness and meditation helps you to acknowledge and accept your feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. With time and regular practice you will develop deeper compassion for, and a deeper insight into, what is happening inside yourself and your surrounding environment.
