Cascade powder coating recently built and installed 3 custom GORGEOUS ladders at our home. 2 were sliding library ladders and another was one that is used for climbing to a loft. These ladders are truly works of art! To say we love them is an understatement! The whole process was very smooth and Josh and his team were thorough, professional and communication was timely. Would absolutely recommend them to all of our friends and family!

Helton Builders, Inc., which specializes in custom homes, uses Cascade Powder Coating exclusively for all our metal fabrication. This has included custom spiral staircases, interior and exterior railings, and custom free-floating stair systems.
We, as well as our clients, have always been extremely satisfied with their detail, quality and the conscientious way in which they pre-fit all the items they build. They deliver on site and fit perfectly.

I had a gate built and powder coated by someone else. After less than two years all the powder coating was falling off. Had to uninstall the gate (a big project) and took it to Cascade. We sand blasted all the old powder coating off. Found the quality of welds had too many holes, the surface had not been prepped properly, etc. Absolutely a… poor job. When I approached the original company who did the work - they blew me off, said the issue was not theirs, and basically would provide absolutely no "guarantee" for their work. Cascade fixed the welds, prepped, and powder coated the gate. Looks

Another reviewer says that the owner of Cascade Powder Coating, Josh Potter, told him that negative reviews for his company were not from a "real" customer----- I called and spoke with Josh Potter about this lie, and his only answer was that, although he remembers my name, I am "no longer in the system". I'm glad the other reviewer had a good experience, but Josh straight-up lied to him saying that I'm not a "real" customer.

We were looking for a place to have our wood stove powder coated close to Cashmere Washington. After reading some reviews online, we were a bit cautious, so we called Cascade Powder Coating and talked with the owner Josh. Later we found out that the bad reviews were not from a real customer. We decided to have our wood stove sandblasted and powder coated a beautiful copper metallic special order color. Cascade took care of ordering the powder, prepping and powder coating the stove, and it turned out great. Josh even met us on a Sunday to load the stove into our truck with his forklift. We were

Horrible – Absolutely the worst experience imaginable. After tripling their given estimate and taking nearly two months to shoddily powder coat a pair of brake calipers (later explained to be an item they're unable to do), this company then intentionally damaged the item when I complained and returned it for re-coating. Unfortunately as taking this company to small-claims court would have outbalanced the expenses I'd already incurred, paying up and submitting a SuperPages claim was my only recourse. Unprofessional, rude, and dishonest, this is a company to avoid.

Had to be the worst experience I have ever had with a local business. I was quoted a price “that I am sure was just to beat the competition and get me in the door”. When it was time to pick up the parts the price had almost doubled with no explanation why. I was told by the owner Josh that if I wanted my parts back here was the price and that was the end of the story. I also come to find out that this seems to be a regular occurrence at Cascade when I started to tell others my story. This place is a joke with extremely poor customer service and turn around.
