Introducing the man, the myth, the legend, Floyd Mize. Floyd created FMD in 1977 and by the late 80s moved the company to San Luis Obispo. Since then, it has become a renowned business in the area. You can still find Floyd working around the office alongside his four legged friend, Guinness. Casey joined the FMD team when he was only 15 years old.
Since then, he and brother-in-law Floyd have consistently developed projects throughout San Luis Obispo County. Gary is the newest addition to the FMD team and is currently adding many new and exiting projects to the company. In his free time, you can catch Gary enduro riding, jetskiing in the ocean or indulging in one of the endless sweet treats he favors.

We did the Drywall, Metal Stud Framing, Doors, Acoustical Ceilings, FRP, & Metal Stud Partitions for this new design in a marketplace that supports a new generation of food purveyors. This is one of our largest projects to date. For this particular infrastructure, we had to go through various compliance measures to ensure our work followed stringent industry standards.
