A black, purple, or brownish discoloration under or involving a toenail is frequently due to trauma to the toe nail, such as when something is dropped on the toe. Plantar fasciitis (or heel pain) is commonly traced to an inflammation on the bottom of the foot. Our practice can evaluate arch pain, and may prescribe customized shoe inserts called orthoses to help alleviate the pain.
Pain across the bottom of the foot at any point between the heel and the ball of the foot is often referred to as "arch pain." Whether an athlete is a recreational, competitive, or elite runner, foot and ankle health is essential for optimal performance. Since 1981, Associates in Podiatry has been working with patients to provide the best podiatric care for patients in the southwestern Pennsylvania area.

An ankle sprain is an injury to one or more ligaments in the ankle, usually on the outside of the ankle. Ligaments are bands of tissue - like rubber bands - that connect one bone to another and bind the joints together. In the ankle joint, ligaments provide stability by limiting side-to-side movement.

Dr. Shannon McFeaters has treated my tendonitis for about 2 years. With her help, I've been able keep flair ups to a minimum, which is a blessing. The staff are friendly and efficient and the Bellevue location is very convenient. Thank you to Dr. McFeaters and the staff at Associates in Podiatry for your help and kindness!

I've been a patient for over two years because of arthritis in my feet and ankles. Dr. Haubelt and Dr. McFeaters are the absolute best. When I needed surgery on my right foot Dr. McFeaters did an amazing job and and enabled me to walk better than I had and I'm someone who walks 5-7 miles a day. Dr. Haubelt is who I typically see on office visits and she is equally as fantastic. Very caring, understanding and knowledgeable. Both doctors are at the top of their game. They really know what they're doing and take such great care of their patients.

Dr. Lynne Haubelt is our family Podiatrist, and has been for a number of years.
She is an exceptional doctor. I trust her completely. She is knowledgeable, honest, up front and so easy to speak with.
She is always available.
Besides regular examinations of my feet, Dr. Haubelt has also recommended special shoes that, when worn, has greatly relieved my pain.
The staff is wonderful. They work so well as a team; everything runs so smoothly. They are all friendly. To observe them greet and converse with the patients shows that they both know and care about their patients.
I wish there was a 5+

I am going to make this short, but I have to say for a medical office, this experience was top notch! I contacted 3 or 4 Podiatrists via online inquiry and they were the only ones who got back in touch with me to schedule. They had me in within 3 business days. The staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly and professional. The doc was super great too.
A++++ - if you are ever in need of a Podiatrist, I recommend them. They have another office downtown too.
