We have our showroom of Lift Chairs filled up again after experiencing some supply issues this summer. The manufacturers are still experiencing some shortages, so some chairs and fabric options will be an 8+ week build time before they ship. If you are in immediate need of a chair we recommend selecting an in stock.

We carry N95's, KN95's, Surgical Masks, and some reusable masks. We also have clear face shields available. A KN95 is the same as an N95 mask except it has an earloop design instead of fastened around the head per the NIOSH specification. It's material is still rated to filter at 95% efficiency, but a you.

Walker brakes too loose? Bad remote on a lift chair? Scooter battery not staying charged? No worries! We have a certified repair technician on staff who can service and repair your Wheelchair, Scooter, Walker, or Lift Chair. You can drop off your equipment at our store for repair, or schedule a service visit at your home.
Often times you may not want to purchase equipment because you only need it for a short period of time. We offer rental equipment for those with temporary needs. Please contact us or visit our store if you are interested in an equipment rental. Below we have provided our current rental equipment pricing, as well as typical retail pricing for comparison.
We want to make sure our customers find the right product for their circumstance and that it fits properly. All our staff are knowledgeable and experienced at measuring and fitting for most types of Braces and Orthotics, so most of the time an appointment is not necessary. We encourage trying on braces and orthotics, and have a private fitting room available for use if needed.
We provide in house insurance billing service and are providers for Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Industrial Claims. We may also be able to bill other insurances if the plan has out of network benefits. Please note that we are not billing Insurance for Wheelchairs or Hospital Beds at this time.

ZERO Return policy except for store credit, and they do not advise that WHEN you purchase! They say they will call, and do not. They do know their medicare billing and paperwork, but sneaky practice on no returns takes away from shopping "local". Unfortunately I had a teenager (son of manager) assisting my purchase and he was not knowledgable, nor did he advise of the no return policy - I would not have purchased - probably their intent. And they Lie - it was NOT used AT ALL, it was opened by THEM - they above inefficient sales person. It was given back in perfect unused condition.

I didn't have a mask today. So, I called from the doorway and asked if they could bring me a sleeve of medicine cups for my business. The one guy with the scraggly dark hair was extremely rude and he wanted me to buy a mask. (Little does anyone know that I suffocate and almost pass out with panic from those masks.) I said I'd wait outside. He said only if I had a mask. Then it got even more weird. I tried reasoning with him, but he got mad at me and told me that following company policy was obviously too much for me and told me to "get out."
Why are people being so mean over this?

They may be good in a pinch but otherwise go somewhere else. I say this because they told me you needed a prescription for oxygen which is just a bald face lie. They are centrally located and probably just want insurance to cover it.
Go to Prescott Valley and get your supplies there.

Vince Herod went above and beyond to help my son get a new mattress and rails for his bed. He worked overtime just to help me help my son. It meant a lot to be able to take care of this easily from 200 miles away. Couldn't have done it without him.

I came in two weeks ago and got a prescribed walking boot. When I returned to orthopaedic surgeon yesterday for a 2-week check up, he was disappointed that the heel lift he wanted wasn't achieved. This miscommunication put my healing process back two weeks. I am now in a cast for 3 weeks. The people were very friendly at Goodwin, but unfortunately my specific needs weren't met.

Lorraine was SO helpful! I was very worried about my mom who needed medical supplies STAT! I was able to pay over the phone and my daughter went to pick up the supplies in spite of having a baby and a toddler in tow. My daughter called Lorraine upon her arrival at the Prescott store and the supplies and a receipt were delivered to her curbside.
Mom's doing great now thanks to Lorraine's help. Thank you, Lorraine!

I recently purchased a complete wrist/thumb brace to help immobilize an arthritic joint. The staff person devoted considerable time to demonstrating and showing me how to wear and adjust the support.
Later that evening I received a call from Michelle the owner. She was inquiring about how the brace was working and asked if I had any questions.
The brace was becoming somewhat uncomfortable after being worn for a few hours. Michelle advised me to bring the brace to her the following day and we could go from there in both relieving pain and obtaining a comfortable fit.

Over a 2 day period I called them multiple times to arrange rental of a knee walker. They confirmed they had several and had recieved my doctor's prescription and that they would call it into my insurance for approval. The next day my spouse drove 30 miles to pick it up and they had rented it to someone else! I would have happily given them a credit card to hold it but they never suggested that was necessary. I'm physically in alot of pain and literally cried when I learned they had rented the walker out from under me.

I had a walking brace for my foot and after 7 months one of the plastic buckles broke. I got a prescription from my doctor to get a new one. I went in and gave them the prescription and explained that a buckle had broke on the one I was wearing. The person working there had to call the manager and the manager said I needed a note from my doctor saying the one I had on was broke. Really? This blew my mind because I had a new prescription! Why a note from my doctor to say the old one was broke before they would fill the prescription??? This is crazy!!! I took my prescription elsewhere and had it

Stopped in to purchase a walker. The staff was so helpful. She knew exactly how to fill out the paperwork for Medicare. The inventory was impressive and prices reasonable. I highly recommend them.
