I sent an email for a final survey quote on a small lot. I also called twice. I was ready to pay and have the survey started as soon as possible.
It's been almost four weeks later, and I've yet to hear back.

Because of improvements to our residential property over the last 30 years, we needed a new survey before permits could be pulled for additional construction. Our original survey looked like it had been done in crayon. Other local companies told me it would be months before they could get to us, but Sea Level said no problem and completed the job in 3 weeks. Really well done drawings that were easy to read. Will definitely call them on future projects.

They helped me out of a major pickle! As a realtor I deal with surveyors all the time, and the turn around is usually weeks. I had a situation where I needed a survey done in 2 days. Fortunately the parcel was easy, but they got out there the day after I called and got it done for me. I’ll use them in the future and encourage my clients and colleagues to as well.
