I've gone in on 3 separate occasions and every time the front desk girl acts so annoyed with any questions I ask. The first time I went in there, I thought maybe she was just having a bad day but after the 2nd and 3rd times of being in there (we were building a house and needed to look at different hardware/bathroom fixtures throughout the process) and her being rude and short with me, it is clear that is her everyday demeanor. She needs to have better customer service as it is a poor reflection on this company.

I highly recommend this place. We used them for all of our door hardware, bathroom towel holders as well as the beautiful shower glass doors in our new home. They were one of the few contractors who didn't hold up our schedule. Cory was always responsive to my inquiries -- and I probably had more than my share. But the most impressive thing was after the work was done. Our metal doors were probably not from the most reputable place -- possibly a little inferior quality.
