Less than five miles west of I-45, American RV's prime location in northeast-central Texas means you're close to recreation and dozens of other family friendly attractions. Here are just a few: Pioneer Village, Angelita Vineyard & Winery, the Corsicana Carriage District, Corsicana Opry and Richland Chambers Reservoir.

All that and you're just minutes away from world-class shopping and entertainment in Dallas. Amenities include: two sparkling clean laundry/rest room facilities, free mail service and a community room for guest functions all managed by our professional on-site staff. At the American RV Park Resort we've hosted RV rallies and group events for years.

Site Fees Report
All reservations must be paid in full. Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date. No refunds for last minute cancellations and no-shows. Reservations cannot be transferred to different dates. If we do not have an Extended-stay site at the time of reservation, we will offer a "weekly to monthly" site (see note below).

One of the best parts of what I’m doing with Patriarch Distillers/Soldier Valley Spirits /Lee Greenwood Signature Spirits, is meeting and listening to the stories of veterans across the nation. Today was no… different. We found an RV park with one spot left two hours away. We told them who we were with, and they assured us the spot would be there waiting for us. As we were turning off the highway, they were out front waving us into our spot, front and center of the park. Awesome RV park. Maintenance is on top of things. Staff is friendly, and park is quiet. Lots of renovations being done as well

Very clean! Staff are friendly (Beverly was particularly friendly). I'd rate it five stars except for the sites are narrow and don't have picnic tables.

Park is nice and they have shade and canopies and roads are paved. Caught lots of fish at Richland chambers lake too!

I went to pick up a Casita trailer and only stayed one night at the RV Park. It had everything that I needed. The people were helpful and the grounds were clean.

Owners are working so hard to add lots of amenities and updates! Great park, dog park, pool going in, nice people, lots of great dining around!

I have lived here for a year. The staff is great.They are very sweet people. New owners are doing awesome in upgrading the park. Can’t wait to see how it looks when all is done.

The park was nice & shady. They are doing a little repair construction to make it even nicer. The gals in the registration office are awesome & VERY accommodating. Cute little town. We would stay here again, no problem 😊

The staff at American RV are unbelievable. Our RV had several mechanical and electrical problems during the New Years Holiday. The staff was very cooperative, understanding and sympathetic. They allowed us to leave our RV on site while we made arrangements to have it repaired. We are so grateful for their kindness and hospitality. A GREAT place to stay (and be broke down if it happens to you)!

Recommend this park for new casita owners. Staff was very helpful and let us check in early on a 106 degree day. Very quiet sites and plenty of room to put up the awning and test the new casita.
