Runway Auto is a full-service auto body and collision center serving the community in and around South Burlington, VT. We're here to help you navigate the post-accident process with honesty, efficiency, and superior quality workmanship backed with a lifetime warranty. Our goal is to make sure that after a stressful accident, you have a smooth experience getting back on the road.
Runway Auto offers free auto repair estimates. Our auto body center is equipped with highly-trained service advisors who are able to complete the estimate process quickly and accurately. The goal of the estimate is to determine what it will take to get your vehicle back on the road in like-new condition.
Runway Auto provides a Lifetime Warranty against defective workmanship to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration. The Shop will, at its sole option, repair and repaint any metal work warranted hereby.
A service advisor will make sure all paperwork is in order and answer any questions. If you are getting into a rental vehicle, Enterprise will meet you at our shop to complete that process, which takes about 15 minutes. You will need a valid driver's license and a debit or credit card (even if covered by your insurance) to rent a vehicle.
First, check all passengers and call 911 if there are injuries. If everyone is alright, call the police to get a report filed. If the police will not respond, exchange insurance information and get a written statement from all parties involved as well as witnesses and detailed photos of damages. If your car cannot be safely driven, call us and we will arrange to have your vehicle towed to our shop.

I was in an icy accident the week before Christmas. Runway took my car the next day, gave me an estimate within 24 hours of dropping it off and had it repaired at the end of that week. They even sped the process along because they knew I was paying out-of-pocket for a rental! Overall, amazing service and outstanding customer service!

Runway was amazing when it came to my car repairs after an accident. The process could not have been easier and everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They dealt directly with my insurance so I didn't have to worry about anything and even had a rental car waiting for me on site. The repairs were completed in a timely manner (about a week). Runway took the aftermath of a stressful situation and made it a lot easier! Highly recommend for collision repair if needed.
