Got me the bike I wanted with no money down and the payments are half of what I thought they were going to be. Drove all the way up an hour and 45 minutes from Detroit. Arron was very nice and helpful at first! I was approved for a motorcycle and paid them a $1000 down payment. Documents were supposed to be emailed to me the next day and I was told by Arron not to contact a shipper until the deal was done. Well I did and the price to ship the bike was a lot more than Arron told me so obviously buying the bike was not worth it. I contacted Arron about not going through with the loan with the reasons and was told they were going to keep my $1000 down payment because it was a deposit. Which is not the case. I never signed paperwork or saw paperwork for the loan.

Bought a 2004 Goldwing in August from them. It had some problems that I wasn't told about before buying it, like at least a quart too much oil and blowing oil out of hole in valve cover, which probably saved the engine after 3 hour ride back to Ohio from the dealership. Asked if I could test ride it and was told "not until contract is signed", which makes me believe they knew of the problems it had.
I'm not going to say don't do business with them, but buyer beware. I love the bike even though it needs a little work and the service was good.

A bike popped up at your location and I was interested until reading the reviews. Even the responses to the negative reviews seem generic and lack a follow up. Im just throwing out some advice to your business, customer service is extremely important and I know they're are complainers out there, but not taking the time to point them out or show a resolution to the low ratings leaves doubt. Good luck with your business, but I'm going to keep looking.

Calling around for atv availability this place is the last I would waste a trip on. Called twice too see if any inventory changes have materialized. Both times they had a machine that I could be interested in but when asking for an out the door price the increase was 40% or higher. How does an $7,900 machine end up costing north of $11,000 out the door. I was told there's not many in the state. Sounds like a little padding going on. Anyhow pretty short and dry over the phone. No thanks.

For those who were able to give a 5⭐ rating consider yourself lucky, if I could give 0⭐ I would. We trusted AP to release a safe bike to us, however in the 3 months that we've had the bike my husband has found several loose bolts, the tires were new but the rear rim was gouged and had to be fixed, we would not have known but it had a slow leak. While we had this done our mechanic found the center exhaust bracket was broke, had that fixed too. Also he had to change the brakes and the front caliper bolts were hand tightened if we had known this we would have done it before we made a trip to Sault

Had 2 very different experience with this place! I delt with Aaron cool guy took care of me. Found a bike online called about it he explained how it works so I filled out the online application for the credit got a call back in a few hours with good news got the bike. Drove 2 hours each way ran late due to trailer issues Aaron stayed after closing to take care of me.

The amount of bikes in stock is quite incredible! It is difficult to view them all because they are so crammed in. I would definitely recommend looking at the online inventory to have in mind what you're looking for. Also, give them a call to check if they are in fact still in stock because I did have that issue. Despite that, Jim helped me find my first bike! He took the time to show me the workings and give me great advice. Im very excited and was happy with the professional help i received.
