At Huntsville Sew Creative, LLC we offer a full-service department with over 9 years of experience. We service and repair most all makes and models, backed up by technicians that are trained by the factory on all the latest sewing machines and sergers on the market today. We have certified technicians from Brother, Pfaff, Handi Quilter and Janome.
When we service a machine, we do a complete service. That means that we take the machine apart and not only clean the inside of the machine but we clean all the outside pieces that are taken off for a service. Because we do a complete service it does take more time so please be patient with us. You will get better service from us than anywhere else.

Services
Registration is required for all classes and events with fees paid in advance (unless otherwise stated). You may register online, in person, by phone or by mail with a check, cash or credit card. Non-instant payments will be held up to 5 days after online registration has been received. We cannot register you for a paid class/event until payment has been received.
This once monthly event is for all you who love to sew, laugh, and share experience. We start sewing at 9 am, we bring our machines, projects and stories, (and some bring treats!) It is a great way to learn new techniques, without being in a classroom environment. We watch YouTube video's on the latest "how to's".
Begin with ironing on Floriani Dream Weave Ultra. Be sure it says Ultra on the package. It comes in black and white. Once you have that ironed on the back of your fabric you will take another Floriani product, Alex Anderson's Select Tearaway (fusible) and iron it on to the back. Now you are ready to hoop and embroider your design.

Pros- Wednesday they have 20% off on vinyl Wednesday’s
Cons- the vinyl is garbage, and won’t cut. I came in today to get vinyl for a few extra shirts for our birthday party this weekend. I grabbed one that was the same color and got home and cut it and it didn’t work. I cut it deeper, and still didn’t work. I went to the store and the guy told me it was my blade, I told him it wasn’t. He said okay well it’s because your cut design doesn’t have the plastic on it. How on earth would I bring a vinyl design in with a plastic on it? It would be in pieces like a puzzle. Wasted $6 on one

I recently purchased several Embroidery Machines for my small business and am very please with the owners, very friendly sells and delivery. Because of the Pandemic our sales were over the phone but I knew what I was looking for and they were very helpful. I like the location on University better than the old location, much easier to find. We did go to the store at one point and while I found the floor sales person to be very abrupt and condescending I dealt with the owners instead. The owners are great and very easy to work with and I would purchase from them again. I highly recommend them.

My wife dropped a screw down into her Brother sewing machine and couldn't retrieve it. Called Sew Creative and they said, "Bring it in but might have to leave it." Not only did we not have to leave it, a young man quickly set to work and promptly resolved the errant screw issue. The cost was quite reasonable. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. We will return for quilting supplies, as well as necessary repairs.

Family owned and operated, Sew Creative has always been reliable and is one of very few places that can repair sewing machines and sergers and sells a variety of sewing notions and machine supplies. They support community theatre costumers through donated goods and free or heavily discounted machine tune ups.
