Services
We are located between Glenwood Springs and Carbondale off Colorado 82. At the stoplight located at mile marker 5 on 82, exit onto county road 154 (Left turn if traveling on 82 West, Right turn from 82 East). Make an almost immediate right turn into our driveway, which is shared with FedEx and Professional Diesel & Auto.
Roaring Fork Equine Medical Center located just south of Glenwood Springs, CO seeks committed and passionate individuals to join our dynamic team of dedicated and caring veterinary medical professionals. We are an equine specific referral facility providing 24-hour emergency, critical care, and surgical services, as well as ambulatory medicine for our local clients.
We offer a competitive salary and an Aspen/Snowmass ski pass. The first two months of the rotation will be directly supervised by one of our board certified and/or internal medicine staff veterinarians. Following a two month supervised period, intern will take on primary case management, with built-in supervision for complex cases.
Roaring Fork Equine Medical Center is committed to working with students to facilitate hands-on clinical experience. Our goal is to enhance medical and surgical case knowledge through exposure to a diverse range of cases. Extern students participate in observation of day-to-day operation, as well as emergencies and overnight care.
