In the event customers are unable to drive their vehicle into the shop, there are towing services available.
When Linda Van Dover took over operation of an independent muffler shop in Lawrenceville, Georgia, in 1982, she knew little about business management and even less about the exhaust business. She now presides over the entire Mighty Muffler Auto Repair & Brakes operation, consisting of four stores serving the Atlanta area.

Services
All four of our Mighty Muffler locations service a wide range of vehicles to accommodate the needs of our valued customers. We provide quality repair and maintenance for American and foreign cars, pick-ups, etc. We are an approved emissions inspection station by the state of Georgia and we specialize in a variety of auto repair and mechanical services.
My review is simple. According to mid - year 2004, at that time, I owned an much older car, 1995. The make and model is not of my concern, yet, it was about the courtesy and the job that was perfectly done. Which was my muffler, and was replaced and installed perfectly. And just, because I REMEMBER THAT SO WELL, I recommend any one whom reads this message, to see them according to the jobs that this business can perform.

Very professional and organized very clean very fast workers I always get my car serviced there and no bad energy or unprofessional business always leave with a smile I highly recommend this shop also anything you need help with they can assist you with with no hesitation.Also those men are very hard working friendly and always ready to work with no issues also men communicate and I love it also they work try to help all even when they are very busy this business is very kind they also keep candy for the kids when you bring your kids with you to get your vehicle serviced they also have magazines

I went there to have my breaks done and they stole my catalytic converter. Good thing is I have the necessary proof and will be contacting the police and corporate. I went to Kia dealership earlier that day to have a tire replaced that was under warranty. Since I got my breaks done here I went here to have the pads changed. I dropped the car off and came back to pick it up. I never noticed because who looks under the car. I have been using them for years. I even sold my old car to them. I am a single female from NJ in GA. I found a place that I thought was honest and fair priced.. Boy was I wrong

Horrible management and customer service!!! Went to get my brakes changed and after they were done my car was even more messed up, I can’t drive it now. Instead of taking ownership and trying to be understanding of the situation, they made it seem like I was lying and the manager walked away from me. They even drove the 30 minutes to my Nissan dealership to have them be told what I was telling them in the first place. Very unhappy customer and will never recommend or go there again. Just slimy people looking to take your money. Going to get in touch with corporate to see who can help me because

My husband and I dropped our car off there a week ago. We arrived at 8:17a.m. We sat outside the front doors waiting for the woman receptionist to open the doors for us. She didn't open the doors for us. Instead, when another customer pulled up to the side door, she opened the side door for them and let them start filling out their paperwork, then waited a few more minutes to let us in the door.

Wow really bad car was making a rattle took it in paid 250.00 still making rattle noise took back next day paid another 250.00 got back car 500.00 dollars later car still rattles and makes noise still what a waste of 500.00 dollars .Spent two days and half a grand for nothing car still sounds horrible.This is as bad as it gets.They told me it could be a hub cap making the noise told me to go home and fix it myself.Thanks for nothing
