The gentleman that owns this company was very courteous and knowledgeable about installing an antenna. Our situation required it be installed in the attic which creates a barrier but he was able to install the antenna successfully. We now have access to 60+ stations. Picture is crystal clear with no interference from cell phones or another else.

We hired Terra Comp Technology to repair our rooftop TV antenna, as two channels had weak signals which occasionally broke up and pixelated. Terra Comp spent four hours and did not successfully repair the antenna. He was extremely slow (and rude) and charged us $323.00 for an unsuccessful installation. In face the signals became worse. This exorborbitant amount did not include the price of the antenna, which we supplied. Before Terry left, we pointed out to him that Channel 3 (NBC) had interference. I used his services and did not care for the environment it felt very unsettling to me after I made a confrontation to him about it he has called my phone (over a month after) and cursed me out while also shaming me because of my last name told me he did not care about my service at all and told me to never come back first and last time I’ll ever use him

We had Terry Silvester of Terra Comp Tech instal an rooftop digital TV antenna at our home. We have a large 2 story home and the peak was really high. Terry did a site survey and determined where the best place would be to complete the antenna installation. Terry recommended a major brand of digital TV antenna that he said he had been using for several year and was proven to be an excellent digital TV antenna. I was in a real jam because I freelance as a CAD designer/draftsman from home, and my computer was having video issues. I called Terry on a Saturday morning, in hopes that he would at least let me bring it in - even though his hours are clearly listed Monday thru Friday. I had to leave a voice mail message, but he got back with me a little later the same day and agreed to take a look. He gave the computer a thorough cleaning (which was sorely needed), then diagnosed the problem quickly. Long story short, Monday afternoon I was up and running with my computer running like a champ. Terry installed security cameras at our business. He's a nice guy and the installation was quick. I had this company come to my house after another company told me they could not fix my Samsung 60" TV set. The service tech put on booties and checked my TV set. He told me that a surface mounted chip on the main board needed to be replace. He gave me an estimate and I agreed. His Service call cost was only $70.00 compared to the other company that charged $20. He pulled out my main board to repair in shop. In a few days he brought it back, installed it and the TV has worked fine ever since. The cost to repair was very reasonable and now I can enjoy my Samsung again.

I called this company to repair a TV. The man came to my house alone and I had to help him get a 50" TV off the wall and carry it outside. When I called he told me a service call was $70. I found a 5% yellow page coupon online. When we loaded up the TV I told him I had the coupon for $3.50 off and he said he have to redo the bill because the tax would change.
