Beautiful facility, easy to get to, ample free parking. Good seating and sight lines. We sat in first row of balcony, recommended. Problems were with will call and ushers. Probably volunteers, they were sadly not well trained or something…incredibly slow or somewhat clueless. Line for tickets moved at snails pace, 2 people handling tickets. Usher scanning ticket couldn’t figure out phone app. Seat usher sent us to wrong seats twice, got it right 3rd time!

One of Venice's top sites to visit. From the moment you enter the facility you will be impressed by their knowledgeable, caring staff thru the comfort seats and an incredible view regardless where you sit. Definitely worth going and seeing one of their many performances. Free Fallin - A Tom Petty experienced rocked the house.

Went to the Good Vibrations Celebration last evening. The staff was helpful and pleasant, the seats comfortable. Regarding masks, none were required to enter the venue. Some people wore them and some did not - not very surprising. They have metal detectors, similar to going through an airport, but no temperature or vaccination card checks. The show itself was very good and up to the standards that I've come to expect here. The first show that we're gone to since the Pandemic started.
