I ordered my daughter a jacket in December 2018 and was informed that her jacket would be ready Feb. 22, 2019 Today is March 15, 2019 and her jacket is still not complete. I was later informed that my daughter's jacket would be completed next week (March 20/21) first day of spring. The winter has passed and she will never have the opportunity to wear her jacket.
During my interaction with "You name it" (The company Staff and Factory workers) were dismissive and nonchalant about the delay. They offered no compensation for the delay. Both sides responded as if they didn't
