Reach Technologies opened its doors in 1983 specializing in computer sales and repairs. After 10 successful years Reach expanded their business to include printer supplies and service/repair. Mr. Boeckman brings over 18 years' experience in the equipment, service, and supply industry. Bottom line; our goal is to be the complete solutions partner for our customers.
Kevin purchased Reach Technologies in 2005 bringing with him over 18 years of experience in the industry. He has grown the business by adding several different product lines to continue working on helping our customers grow. Kevin is very hands on and enjoys working with the leadership team to develop new methods for growth.
Reach Technologies Atlanta is an authorized service center for HP, Copystar/Kyocera, Lexmark, Brother, KIP, Oki and Xerox. Reach Technologies Atlanta, Georgia has a full line of office supplies, mail equipment, MPS programs, a copier line, and is continually expanded the technology supplies offered.

Our highly-trained printer repair service technicians are certified to provide maintenance and repair services. We work on a large variety of printers, copiers, fax machines, and plotters.
Copystar/Kyocera printers are some of the most resilient in the modern world. They are respected for the number of high-power functionalities they come with but they won't break the bank. There are quite a few computer gurus who specifically love Copystar/Kyocera's intuitive printing software. This software is used with the equipment to make printing a painless task.

Reach is an awesome company to work with. They were able to quickly find and order a product for our organization that was in short supply and challenging to find. We were a small order for their company, yet their customer service went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and that our order reached us in time despite shipping delays outside of their control. Their friendly staff treated us with the same care and respect as they would a large order client! We will be returning customers in the future.

I became acquainted with Reach Technologies when I came on board my current position in August 2019. Reach is reputable and product cost are comparable or lower than many of the other vendors. Because my company has a contract, some items are covered at no cost. The customer service is amazing! I'm not sure how many people our rep (Michael W.) handles, because he addresses our needs as if we're the only ones. Happy doing business with Reach!

I have been using Reach since I came to my company a year and a half ago as my source for all of our office supplies. Michael and everyone at Reach go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Reach Technologies , I would have given 10 starts if it was offered. you guys' are always on time with service calls, the techs who come to service our equipment they are just a pleasure ! we order all of our office supplies from reach they are delivered promptly with NO issues ever. and Michael Whitfield , HE is just the best , he takes such good care of us here in Buford, I could not tell you how many times we have ran out of ink in our printer ( our Office error) and he is at our door in 20 min with the ink. what a LIFESAVOR !
