ANC Accounting is a boutique accounting and management firm that specializes in Village Corporation services. ANC (Alaska Native Corporation) Accounting has been in Fairbanks, Alaska since 2012. We provide support in accounting, bookkeeping/payroll, administrative support, shareholder records, training, and annual meetings.

Audrey is a mother of four and married to Warren George of Nulato. She earned her Bachelor's Degree and Associates Degree in Accounting from the University of Alaska Fairbanks in 2014 and 2011, respectively. She also graduated from Inspire Leadership Academy in 2016.
Audrey has board experience from serving as President of Fairbanks Native Association, Chair of Policy Council for FNA Headstart, President of Fairbanks Outboard Association, Treasurer of Tozitna, Limited, and currently President of the Morris Thompson Cultural & Visitors Center.Natasha works in Shareholder Records at ANC Accounting.

ANC Accounting prepares your books to present to a CPA for financial statement and tax returns. We do not prepare those documents in-house. Our staff can record, interpret, classify, analyze, report and summarize financial data and present accounting reports for your quarterly board meetings using balance sheets, profit and loss and budget versus actual financial statements.
ANC Accounting is experienced in organizing and scheduling annual shareholder meetings. We help schedule calendars, update and prepare meeting packets, proxy cards, close books of shareholder records and coordinate printing and distribution of materials. Our staff will fly, drive or boat to your community to act as Election Judge for your annual shareholder meetings and request a bowl of soup or dried meat for each adventure!
Our organization routinely attends functions to network with other ANC (ALASKA NATIVE CORPORATION) organizations and village councils to keep up to date on events and programs. We have learned that we never stop learning. Our people deserve knowledge on a routine and consistent basis. When we share our knowledge and recognize sharing it enriches us all, therefore we are constantly seeking new processes, new ideas and new connections.
Our main goal is to bring your organization up to current activity levels. We work with your team to train village staff to take over the bookkeeping, to return economy and workforce back to village communities. ANC Accounting is experienced in handling payroll using QuickBooks Online (QBO) software.
