I was having, what seemed like, a simple issue with my receiver. When I would turn on my tv and directv box, after about 20 seconds, it would automatically switch to a different input and I would have to get up and manually switch the input back to the correct one. The receiver I have is a 10yr old Pioneer, which I did not have the remote for. It was lost long ago!! Joe pulled up the owners manual and walked me, step by step, through the process of manually fixing it with the buttons on the front of the receiver. Let me tell you, there is no way I would ever have been able to do this without him
