Mark is the sole owner of Pro-Stall Auto Glass located in Rochester, MN. He had worked for a large glass business before he started his own business in 2002. Mark is a Certified Master Technician and has twenty-seven years experience of installing glass and management. Mark truly believes and lives the excellent customer service aspect, superior work ethic and hires only the best employees for success of his business.
Pro-Stall was recommended to me to fix a chip in my son's windshield after getting a quote from another glass company. Not only were they 1/2 the price, they just happened to be in the area when I called and fixed it within a couple hours of my call. Very courteous, fast service and left some fun promotional goodies in my son's truck!

We were traveling from Sioux Falls to Rochester for an appointment at Mayo and picked up a rock chip that was right in the drivers view and wanted to get it replaced in Rochester if possible. Worked with Prostall and The local Subaru dealer to get it replaced while we were at Mayo. No hiccups or issues. Great people to work with.

Mark understood that I needed to prioritize care for my family above the details regarding our glass repair. It seemed that we briefly “shook hands” over the phone, and I knew that I could count on him to follow through with his commitment. The repair was completed within roughly 24 hours, at our convenience. Our van looks as good as new. I am so grateful for his efficient and professional service. I would recommend without hesitation.

I called on a Monday morning and talked to one of the son's. Later on Mark called me back and he walked me through the insurance call and scheduled our appointment. On Wednesday morning, they picked up my car from where my husband parked it and brought it back to the same place later that day when it was done. So happy with the results. Great customer service!
