Located in Clifton Park, NY, Advanced Laser Medspa represents a group of licensed laser specialists and skin professionals working under the leadership of Dr. Michael Salzman. We use the latest lasers and equipment for all of our treatments including acne, body contouring, wrinkle reduction and rosacea.
We provide a series of skin care treatments which improve skin texture, irregularities and conditions such as acne, rosacea and large pores. Treatment protocols are determined during your consultation where in-depth photography and information is collected. We use a variety of systems including lasers, micropeels, Intense Pulse light, and Omnilux LED lights.
At Advanced Laser Medspa, we apply a variety of micro/chemical peels that are considered lunch time peels, which are called micropeels a combination of a gentle microdermabrasion with peels that improve the overall appearance of the skin. These are gentle and effective and you can return to normal activity after the procedure.
Omnilux is the most advanced light therapy used worldwide and is considered the gold standard. We offer the Omnilux revive (red), Omnilux blue, and Omnilux plus (yellow) devices for in-office treatments. Each offers a different skin solution and can be used alone or in conjunction with other medical procedures.
Rosacea is a condition which causes facial flushing, acne-like bumps, broken blood vessels, and generalized skin redness. When left untreated symptoms can worsen over time, making it difficult to cover with makeup and causing unwanted attention and embarrassment. Advanced Laser Medspa uses a combination of medical treatments and cosmeceutical grade products to effectively treat rosacea.

I am hooked!! I scheduled with Judy. She was so informative and kind. Judy explained everything to me and was patient as I asked numerous questions. I had a Micro Peel, Dermaplane and Antiaging LED. I went here for a consultation for botox and brought my stepdaughter as well for possible laser treatment of severe acne scarring. The Doctor asked if she had gone “through a windshield”. The office manager then proceeded to pick apart what was wrong with our faces and recommended adding other areas for treatment. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman and felt there was a lack of empathy from both of them. Judy has not just helped transform my melasma and hyperpigmentation but she has taught me how to maintain it on my own In between treatments. I have been going to Advanced Laser Medspa for a number of years. I have had Botox treatments, dermal fillers, rosacea treatments and laser hair removal. The staff is friendly and the treatments comfortable. The manager works hard to give me the best pricing and is patient with all my questions. The Doctor is thorough and knowledgable. (Where else does a doctor give you a half hour free consultation while educating you)...he goes makes me comfortable and I find his injections to be far more comfortable than other places.

I visited this office due to severe scarring on my face from a autoimmune disease that I had been dealing with. The doctor went over microneedling with radio frequency would be my only option for results. I was so nervous my first appointment and wanted to run then Judy came out. She sat down with me and went over the procedure and realistic outcomes. I dont know how I could have gotten through it without Judy. Shes so wonderful shes the only person I feel comfortable with and is amazing at her job. It's very hard to find someone with such a great bedside manner and very educated about the products

I have been getting laser hair removal done here and am loving the progress I am seeing. The laser technician I have is Judy, who is always so friendly, informative, and caring about me and my skin. I started my process by booking a complimentary consultation that they offer on their website and discussed the treatment I wanted done. I have been coming to this facility for about a year, and seriously have no complaints. The staff is extremely helpful and eager to help with anything needed or want clarified. I got my consultation with the Doc & Sandy, both were honest and very helpful in helping,me understand my skin situation. The price was little high for me, but Sandy worked with me to get credit care plan so I pan out the payments, which helped a lot.
