I don't leave reviews unless they are really good or to warn people. This is one of the warning ones. The people I talked to were nice salesmen that's why this wasn't a one star. I called back in June to see if I could get them to come out and give me a quote for a pool in my back yard. They said they would send someone over. Their designer finally called me mid July. Nice guy apologized for taking a while to get back to me. Ok no worries he said it would take a couple of weeks to a month to get started on the design. Ok no worries. Mid August I still haven't heard from them so I texted the Designer
