All of our Agents are licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia to serve our Residential and Commercial Clients. REIN MLS rules prohibit "on premise" marketing as a For Sale by Owner. Further, Commonwealth law requires any advertising including signage to prominently display the name of the listing brokerage and phone #.

Steve was recommended by a mutual acquaintance and we couldn't have been more pleased with the services he offered and his up front, straight forward approach for selling our home. We had to leave the area shortly after our home went on the market, and we were 1st time sellers. During my house hunting experience we may have seen more than 20 houses and put offer in 3 of them with no luck. He was patient and supportive through the whole process. Never felt pressured. He showed skilled real estate negotiation ability, meticulous administrative skills and attentive customer service which made the whole process smoother.
