The in-store staff was very friendly and educated us on the various features and options. Our new hot tub was recently delivered. The three gentlemen that delivered it were courteous and did a great job getting it inside our pool cage, setting it up and explaining how to operate it. Thanks to everyone at Legacy!

We shopped all over the Sarasota area within a 75 mile radius. Legacy was friendly, easy to work with and had very good quality products. The delivery team was very careful, respectful of property and courteous. It has been a very positive experience and feel very comfortable recommending Legacy to others.

This store took a 1000 dollar deposit but can’t (won't) deliver the product and won’t refund the deposit. They initially claimed our deposit was fully refundable and now changed their tune and point to the fine print. Still no firm commitment Shady business. They also pay $25 for positive reviews in store credit that should’ve been my first clue.

We had our control panel on our hot tub go down. We called our old repairman and he no longer does repair work in our area. He recommended Legacy and we called them. They scheduled a repairman to come the next day. He was prompt and knowledgeable about the necessary repair. Service was excellent and I am happy to recommend Legacy.

Our hot tub was delivered by Joe and Travis today. What a couple of great guys! They were on time, hard working, professional and pleasant to be around. They took their time and indulged me by moving the tub around a couple of times to make sure it was where we wanted it. Thanks for having these two on your staff, Legacy!

Can’t say enough good things about my experience with legacy hot tubs and spas. Their service team replaced my heater within 20 minutes. While it was covered by our warranty, most companies in my experience do everything they can to make the customer pay. Not legacy. They were true to their word. David and Joe were the service techs and they were OUTSTANDING! Personable and professional

My wife and I recently purchased a Hot Tub from Legacy Hot Tubs. The experience was a great one from the minute we walked through the show room doors. Trey was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Even with the hot tub supply shortage due to the Corona Virus pandemic and its effect on the industry we were able to find one that fits our needs and wants. Excellent selection of hot tubs, spas, equipment in a showroom venue. Took me 4-5 visits to find my hot tub that would work for my location on lanai. Each salesman explained the differences on various models, brands and what I was looking at in a hot tub. Excellent customer service, knowledge and communication. Kept me informed on delivery and co -ordinated hook up service with electrician. Prices vary greatly but quality does not, highly recommend Legacy Hot Tubs if your interested in purchasing one.!!!!!!!!!

We bought a vita spa joli and it arrived a few weeks ago and we love it. The spa is perfect size and was exactly what we're hoping for. This being our first hot tub, The advice we got at the store helped us make the right choice. James provided expert answers to our many questions. Delivery crew was prompt and professional.
