I am not having any luck getting real service. Two of my last three service tickets i fixed the issue myself after bieng told that there was no way to fix it. They remote onto my computer and ran unlicensed software on two occasions. Since they are using trial or free software, they can only detect the issues. Then they leave after telling what the problem is and I have to do the work to fix it. The last ticket they used a trial version of a program Ccleaner that is listed as Spyware and left it installed on my computer. Overall just very poor understanding of me as a customer.

I don't know who wrote the last review, but I don't think they've worked with the company recently. We use this company at my office. They are incredibly patient with people who have no computer experience and they do quality work. Their customer service is great - the techs always follow up with us to make sure everything is running well.
Quality IP is a great company to deal with - regardless of whether it's men or women at the top.
