Ms. McGowan is a Continuous Innovation Entrepreneur who has built Paper Alternative Solutions as a successful company that specializes in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Outsourcing for the private sector, non-profits, and government agencies. As an expert in her field, Ms. McGowan co-authored the textbook Continuous Improvement in Higher Education published by the American Council on Education.
Paper Alternative was founded in 2011 by Molly J. McGowan. While our company is relatively young and small, our collective experience in Business Process Outsourcing gives us the know-how of a much older, larger company. Our associates have over 50 years in the document management and BPO industry and have worked with various BPO leaders prior to striking out on their own.

They can scan old files and create a very user-friendly database in which to access them. Accounts Payable and HR processes become streamlined. Friendly, helpful team to work with! Highly recommend.

Easy to work with and they know what they're doing when it comes to scanning documents and managing the digital files. They even set up automation to make accounts payable much more efficient. I think they could automate nearly any paper-based task. Give them a try!
