My family and I have been with State Farm for 20+ years. Michele has always been very helpful, caring and on top of things. When this office transitioned to Patrick Foster I was a little concerned. You never know what change will bring. We are still as happy today and we were 20 years ago.

Seriously just a mess.
My price was changed 3 times while signing up. Then after 2 weeks I still hadn’t received my proof of insurance on the app so I called to make sure everything was good and was told yes it was just being processed, okay great. Another week goes by and it’s finally showing coverage, wonderful. September 29th I check my mail and I open a letter stating my coverage will be cancelled October 1st due to not having all the documentation. Um alright I even called to make they had everything, but fine. Call again, got told we caught it on time, answered more questions and triple

I have always received professional and honest service. The rates have been affordable and the coverage is great. All of my insurance is through state farm. House, cars, boats. Etc. The staff is always very helpful and there when you need them. Michele is my agent and she is FANTASTIC.
