This is my first time getting my computer repaired at this place, and I already had a great first impression! Absolutely fantastic knowledge and service. Lawrence is a life saver. My main business laptop crashed unexpectedly, I mean done dead no access to everything! He identified the issue, explained options clearly and resolved with speed. Even though the laptop was a goner he was able to save everything and place all where it needed to go. My business was up and running SAME DAY. Price was amazing too. I highly recommend A+ Computer and Lawrence for all your computer needs.

About a year or so ago, I stumble upon Lawrence's shop in Apple Valley. My wife had a job in the city, and I went along for the ride. I am so glad I did, Lawrence was such a great find and my old PC and Laptops are in great hands. He upgraded my old mid-2011 Mac, and has repair another old HP laptop when my daughter drop it on the floor. I had an issue with my Lenovo laptop and he got it running again, no questions asked. Apple Valley, consider yourselves very lucky to have his shop in your city. Lawrence is a great technician and a very nice individual to know as a person. I can tell you honestly

LAWRENCE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! My story begins about ten days ago - Friday, 11/28, to be precise! A little background first: I have a top-of-the-line ($2400) gaming MSI, which I bought back in late 2017, solely for 'vidding' (creating HQ video edits) and 'giffing' (creating HQ animated gifs & photo edits). So basically, I got a top-notch laptop for creating multimedia art. I'd been using Toshiba, Dell, and Sony Vaio laptops for these purposes since I was a teen, but made the permanent switch to MSI so that I'd have a more trusty, long-lasting device to work with

I have had two computers in this shop and an excellent job was done on both of them. One of them was my laptop that I managed to severely damage by closing the screen down to hard. Actually slamming the screen down and I thought it was a goner but it was repaired to new again. The other one was a desk computer that needed more space and it also was done perfectly. The work on both was fast and efficient and the owner is beyond nice. I would recommend this for your computer repair or service.

Who needs the Apple Genius Bar when we have our OWN Genius in Apple Valley?! Lawrence is incredible - his depth of knowledge unparalleled. The perfect blend of great communication and amazing skill. We are so grateful for his expertise!! We had a situation the Apple Store couldn't remedy - but he did. A* is the only place we will ever go. You should do the same.

Lawrence is awesome. Explains everything in details and also saved me a couple bucks by simply asking questions and working with my personal preferences. I asked him some side questions regarding business and he was so open and willing to give advice. My laptop works great and so does my girlfriends but I am always happier with the relationship building instead of actual service. Lawrence totally came through for me at 4 on a Friday afternoon. My laptop was not charging and I suspected the DC jack. I brought it in and Lawrence said "Give me 20 minutes and I'll call you." I ran some errands and he called me. He had replaced the part. Still my computer wasn't charging but the connection was solid. I needed more watts. He plugged me in to a 125w charger and off it went. So I bought that too. Great price and service and with the new 125w charger I swear my machine runs faster than ever.

I have been going to Laurence for the past 5 years. I trust him with all of my computer issues. I read reviews so i took my basket case I mac into a Plus. I being a service technician in my own field I can pick up on a sharp repair technician pretty quick. Lawrence knows his stuff, and was able to walk the talk on my mac. I had tons of problems, and he handled it all and the biggest surprise--- A computer geek with a great personality. he set my mind at ease . Did not ask him about cost, and got a very reasonable bill . All good here yelpers
