Is there a negative star option?? I guess my first indication should have been the way the phone was answered, "Hello?", rather than a professional business greeting saying who I was calling. Instead, I had to ask if I was calling Salem Concrete.....to which the reply was "yes, I said hello." Really?

I found this company to have unprofessional sales people. I called and spoke to an estimator and he let me know that he was a way to busy to book me on the schedule for an estimate at that time and had instructed me to text him in a week and hopefully he would have a date available to come out and give me an estimate. Well, I did as instructed and text to see if I could get an estimate for a concrete patio. It was weird I said who I was and asked if he had time for an estimate, he asked for my address and then completely stopped answering my text messages. I even emailed the company with no response

Horrible service! They sent someone to our house on Thursday to give us a quote. I waited until Monday and had not heard anything, so I called. I was told I would hear back with in the hour. Several hours later, still nothing, called again and was told we would hear by then end of the day....Nothing! On Tuesday, still nothing. I called again and my calls kept going to directly to VM, so I called from a different number and she answered. She was VERY RUDE and immature. And once again said she would call with in the hour! At this point there is no way they will get my business. If this is how they
