Customer service was very snarky most of the time. The only reason I rated this place two stars is there price is cheaper than most. I rented a machine and it broke down because the worn out track tore and because I did not get rental insurance, they would not stand by it. Similar to Walmart, Harbor freight, Amazon; you might save money but?.....

Great company. The staff was very helpful and informative. The owner of the company took time to explain to me best usage of the equipment. He genuinely cared to help. Very nice guy. The staff loaded up the equipment into my vehicle and gave me a very informative once over and assured me they would be available if I needed to call with any questions. Staff members that I wasn’t even working with greeted me as they passed.. try to get that kind of attention at a big box company.. won’t happen!! These guys are great!

I rented a dance floor for my wedding. One person showed up to put the floor down and said he hurt his back and couldn’t finish the floor. He left and send he would send some one else, but no one returned to put the edging down. Some one could have tripped, thank god no one did. I contacted the company and filed a complaint, but no one ever followed up. Very disappointing, I won’t refer anyone to them.

What is very easy to deal with the service and got exactly what I needed. It didn’t help with my problem but I found out my problem was a different issue completely. It is just really good knowing that the right tool was there if I would need it in the future. I will be needing another tool, a stump grinder in the future and Ken Mac will be the one I will contact. Thank you.

I rented additional chairs and tables for our wedding and am extremely pleased! I placed a reservation for them about 3 weeks prior to the event.
The process was simple. I called and ordered what I needed, paid over the phone, and picked up my chairs and tables the day before the wedding! You can also pay in store if you don't like to pay by phone.
They offer a pick up, drop off, or both too! I thought the pricing was reasonable for the pick up and drop off, but we had a truck and trailer so we saved money there.

Rented stuff from them for my wedding. The guy who answers the phone there is incredibly rude. The tent sides that we received were dirty, torn, missing hooks, and the window sides didn't even match. The truck the rentals arrived in was very beat up and the contents inside were soaked from the rain they had driven through on the way to our wedding site. Thankfully the guys that came to set up and tear down for us were very friendly and efficient. But, friendly and efficient doesn't make up for the quality of the items they rent. The company then sent the staff for tear down the day before

We had arrangements made for canopies, tables, chairs, linens and a dance floor for our wedding on June 2nd. On June 1st the Kenmac guys showed up with the wrong size canopy, dirty chairs, dirty canopies and a dirty dancefloor. Due to unclear specifics regarding the underlayment plywood needed for the dance floor (which we supplied) I had to make a return trip to get different plywood and then attempt to install the dance floor myself.
The chairs were all sticky and the table tops were damaged and badly beaten up.

I rented a snake with a camera on the end for four hours at $149 and I ended up not needing it so returned it an hour later and was charged full price. I was told I was ten minutes over the hour free return limit which was FALSE because the equipment was in my possession for 58 minutes. They start the time from when they printed out the receipt even though the worker then took 10 minutes to explain and load the machine into my car. I will never rent ANYTHING from here again and will tell EVERYONE to do the same. You just lost a loyal customer and my family of 20+ that used to use you to rent from
