Services
Dr. Metz is originally from North Platte, Nebraska. He received his B.S. in Human Biology from Chadron State College, and his D.D.S. from the University of Nebraska Medical Center's College of Dentistry. Dr. Metz is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Arizona Dental Association.
Clinical studies have shown that fluoride is highly effective in preventing tooth decay, which can cause more complicated issues related to your dental health. We offer various fluoride treatments and at-home products; our hygienists evaluate each patient's needs and make recommendations accordingly.

I am almost 59 years old and went in to have my routine 6 month dental cleaning. After X-rays, digital pictures, probing, and oral cancer screening, I'm told that they can't clean my teeth without Novocain and I need to return at a later date. Seriously? I have NEVER needed that previously. Also, I'm told that I developed SEVEN cavities and gum disease since my last cleaning 6 months ago. Wrong. The most frustrating part is that they ignored my wishes and wanted to do things their way. I am the patient. I am paying for services. I came to get my teeth cleaned and they didn't provide the service

I first saw Dr. Metz on an urgent basis after losing a 15-year-old crown on a business trip. The tooth underneath could not be saved and bad genetics combined with a years-long B- dental routine was taking its toll on my teeth. I’ve needed substantial work done to turn things around and the Vibrant Dentistry team has been fantastic the whole time. They are patient, non-judgmental and friendly. Most dentists have made me feel like I’m being water-boarded with every procedure and many have not given too much thought to patient comfort. This place is different. Like most, I have lived a life of dreading the dentist. It doesn't matter how good I feel after I still didnt look forward to the next visit. That's how I used to feel until I was introduced to Dr. Metz and his amazing staff. I can confidently say I look forward to every visit. The expertise exhibited and the care taken allows for the anxiety related to dentist visits be completely dismissed. I highly recommend this office to everyone. I’ve been a Vibrant Dentistry patient for about 8 years. I discovered the practice when I moved from Ohio to Arizona and was referred by some local friends to see Dr. Metz (including my now husband – who has been a patient even longer than I have). For me, the bar was set high as my mom was a dental hygienist growing up and I spent a lot of time with her dental office team. Dr. Metz is the literal epitome of everything you'd hope a dentist could be. He is kind, honest, gentle, precise, fast, methodical and meticulous. He works quickly yet thoroughly, he pays attention to minor… details, provides you with an overall agenda and focuses on the most important things first.

I worked for Vibrant Dentistry for almost a year. Vibrant Dentistry has an awesome customer service base for their patients, and it was an experience I will not soon forget. The things the Scheduling Institute… taught us in order to help patients understand the needs for their treatment, and how to keep them comfortable during procedures were awesome tools I wish every dental office knew how to use. I am SO happy I found Vibrant Dentistry!! All staff are so helpful and kind. This place has state of the art technology and equipment!! Just so impressive!!
