I love this shop! Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I went for a class on my new machine. Wonderful instruction by the way! I thought I wasn't buying anything, but of course I did. The shop itself is so well organized it made it easy to find several items! I will drive the 2-3 hours again just to shop!

I bought a Bernina Tula Pink 770 qe from Vivian. She sat down and showed me the basics before I left and I got great deal on this machine. I really like the store also because they sell really good quality Fabics and other notions and accessories (and if you purchase machine from them you get discounts on some store items).

I was in dire need of immediate service of my Bernina or needed to purchase a new one. I checked the hours of Augusta Sewing Center, also called them and was advised of their closing time. All said 4:00pm. Upon arrival in their parking lot today at 3:10pm. a little man inside the store, ran from the back of the store to the front door and locked it. Then he just as quickly disappeared. I tried to call from my car but there was no answer. Is this your example of good customer service??? I am new to the area and trusted the information I read about Augusta Sewing Center. I stopped in here to buy some fabric for masks. I was looking for quality material that wasn't JoAnn common and seen everywhere. This place did not disappoint! It seemed to be a locally owned business with friendly staff. I highly recommend for fabrics and they had a sewing classes while I was shopping around. The fabric was honestly higher quality than Joann at a better price. Great experience!

I can't believe in a town this small, I can actually say to my husband "not that vacuum and sewing shop-the other one on Washington." I can't say I've really ever given this place a second thought but they were the only Dyson authorized repair shop and my new Dyson ball wouldn't stand up after the first once around the living room. This being my third Dyson vacuum gave me a sense of assurance and utter defeat when I couldn't figure out what went wrong.
It took a little over 2 weeks to order the part and have it workable but it was much cheaper than tossing it

I purchased my Bernina 765 from the Augusta Sewing Center and all I can say is the customer service, friendliness, and sense of community is first class. Robert was outstanding to work with and extremely helpful both in the store and on the phone. Since purchasing my sewing machine I have taken several classes there and all have been excellent. Fast forward from my review in Nov 2014 and you find the Mrs with a brand new Bernina 880!
For my own pleasure a I recently purchased a Dyson V6 "stick broom" that I really enjoy. With the amount of wood floors in the house the V6 picks up everything. Have you tried to vacuum your wood or tile floors only to find that when the lights hits it just right, you can see the layer of dust still left on the floor? Well, not any more!! The V6 gets the particulate matter AND dusts the floor, as well.

I just opened a little mean green machine bissell wet vac and it leaked. Called bissell and they listed Branum as Augusta local service center.
As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by a friendly salesman. We accessed the problem and since I just opened the box 2 days ago I was covered under the 90 day warranty. That made me feel good in his beliefs putting trust in the customer.

So glad I discovered Branum's when I recently moved to the Augusta area. I believe someone told me they are under new management. All I can say, is their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I like to shop "local" whenever I can...rather than being just a number, or another face in the crowd. They serviced my Bernina, several months ago. Also, I just purchased a Dyson vacuum, and believe it or not, their price was the BEST I could find!
